Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@mnglife.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the product securely, including all original packaging and any accessories.
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
